I rang and spoke to Mari and she said he was fine, just waiting to get on a flight back. She said the hotel he was in had plenty of food and water so he is okay.
I also told her she needs to come to Milwaukee as she has lots of sisters all waiting to meet her ;;D

Mass communication is a problem in Cancun, listening to a radio station for information and gathering at a Lasalle University there for flight information is being encouraged. At the airline I work for, their first flight out of Cancun since Wilma will be tomorrow. Ft. Lauderdale just opened today for the first time since too. Power and debri problems.

LOL>.aside from the fact that he is wearing week-old clothing, I'll just bet Frank's none the worse for the wear. I have been waiting patiently to hear Cancun flights are resumed. betcha he has some stories to tell.......AND, I'm willing to bet he's been one of the guys pitching to help wherever and whenever needed!
Nonetheless, I'll be glad to know he's home too!

I'm just hoping he isn't getting hit. Before he went he was saying he had had a couple of random hits and a lot of shadows so I was nagging his arse to take some kudzu with him. I have to say though that he is a stubborn little shit and he wouldn't. >:(

oh man, when I was on vacation and saw Cozumel was getting walloped I was thinking that frank had already finished his trip. then after not seeing him on the boards I was wondering if i had it wrong. did i ever. here's wishing frank and family good luck for the long awaited journey home.
