Title: Re: Bend Over......*sigh* Post by vig on Oct 27th, 2005, 11:04am again, these are the leaders that we elected: GW Bush, former governer of Texas Dick CHeney, former CEO of Halliburton (funny, on the whitehouse.org, there is NO mention of Dick CHeney being the former CEO of Halliburton in Dick's biography.) Tom DeLay, FORMER House leader from Texas (currently under indictment) Kaye Bailey HutCHison, Senator from Texas member of Senate Appropriations Committee We elected Texas Oilmen to run the country, of course they disguised themselves as CHristians so we wouldn't see their hands in our wallets. you get what you pay for... or vote for.... |

Title: Re: Bend Over......*sigh* Post by Charlie on Oct 27th, 2005, 9:18pm I'd wager a lot less in percentage, if not actually since Bush snuck into office. http://www.netsync.net/users/charlies/gifs/gollum.gif Charlie |

Title: Re: Bend Over......*sigh* Post by Mr. Happy on Oct 27th, 2005, 11:03pm This windfall get rich quick ploy may have even outdone the oil industry's expectations. Sure, they got us breathing a sigh of relief to pay under $3/gal, (NO.....I don't care how much per liter it is elsewhere), but the gas stations within a 4 mile radius of here have a 35 cent difference/gal. These stations have all been within 2-3 cents for the last 20 years or so. Prices are dropping, but even THEY don't know what's going on. I asked `em. RJ |

Title: Re: Bend Over......*sigh* Post by forgetfulnot on Oct 27th, 2005, 11:57pm My advice would be to invest in these sleeze bag companys via a well ballanced energy fund I.E. VGENX You can go along for the ride or sit and bitch. Last I heard their not making anymore oil and every major oil field is in decline. We haven't seen high gas prices yet. ;) Lee |

Title: Re: Bend Over......*sigh* Post by ClusterChuck on Oct 28th, 2005, 12:43am And here I though this was a going to be exciting and KINKY .. I even got out the K-Y Jelly, and lubbed myself up ... (I know, I know ... You are all saying: "Leave it to Chuck to drag a thread into the gutter .." ) But, in reference to the real purpose of this thread .. At least, when I CHOOSE to get plugged, I make sure there is plenty of lubrication .. and I choose who plugs me ... The oil comapnies, and the government have been plugging us for years, without our consent, AND even though the oil companies DEAL in lubrication, they refuse to use any when THEY plug us!! SHEESH!!
