Isn't this a little early for snow for you? Here in Wisconsin, we can get snow this early, but it usually holds off until mid-November. Winter isn't my favorite season either, but lately, I have enjoyed it a little more now that I can get outside and exercise with my snowshoes. ;;D Hang in there.

At least you have distinct seasons. Here in Oregon our seasons are not so distinct. We have Rain, More Rain, Still raining, and Construction. [smiley=laugh.gif]

Seems the older you get the worse ya dread winter.....heck it's only mid October here and I am hateing it already !! Been very gloomy, cold dreary depressing and rainy here. B Monee.........LOL! Have you been outside today??? Didja go outside yesterday?? Hmmm? Hmmm? The Greater Portland Area is ablaze with sun, ANND, the weather is mild........actually, it is the LEAF season-every single one of ours are blanketing the ground!

Lessee, CA has 4 seasons, Fire, Flood, Earthquake and Riot...........
Oregon has 4 seasons, Dont tell the Californians how nice it is today season, Grab your rake season, Dont forget your umbrella season and Nobody told me it snowed here season!

....ohh, well, there are a few scattered days in the year where the drain systems fails, and the rainboots arent enough...... :-/

But............

I LOVE the PNW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

don't go dissin' snow! monday we're supossed to get a snow and rain shower. besides.... we can make a snowman with a sign saying to support the funding of getting rid of clusterheadaches. i like that idea myself. ;;D ;;D ;;D

It is almost winter here in Texas as well - temps dropping down to 80 in the day time and around 70 at night...

Guess that I may have to dig up a jacket somewhere ;;D

Right now it's very chilly with rain,rain and more rain in upstate NY.
I don't mind the snow if they keep it off the roads.the kids can play sled,snowangels and snowmen.I just hate it when it gets too cold to snow. -5 is awful when you have to take the kids to bus stop and yes I take the car the little ways to get out of wind and cold.Hey AussieBrian you got room for me,April and Beth for your summer ;) .never been down under sounds ~~cool~~ um I mean warm 8) .

It was snowing here during the night and there was nice white layer on the ground this morning. And we got bit more snow this afternoon! :D

I love it! It looks nice now... :)
