Knowing how strongly Don feels about people deleting their profiles I don't think he did this lightly

He 'checked out' of both websites sometime after 5pm. The OUCH President's post was posted shortly before 5pm. Though I see nothing at all that would set anyone off in the posting on the OUCH board. In fact, I find it refreshing.

Is it a coincidince? Or did he just run out of stones to throw?

Don would not do that lightly. He is not throwing stones, he is asking some very valid and (to some) embarrasing questions.

Not running on Don. Just an observation. The only one who knows why he left is him. Not sure why he actually left, but come on - you don't think he will really stay gone do you? Besides Don has been a member of this fold for too long to not come back.

Dude, you should know me better than that. I vent/ whine/ go off on here... whatever, so I don;t have to do it to people around me. One of my coping mechanisms is cynicism and have suffered from chronic sick humor since I was a kid. As for lies... I have no use for them or for people that use them. Never have. That has always been one of my pet peeves, and everyone who knows me knows that.

I Pray he's not gone for good!! We butt heads with people here, & we don't agree with everyone all the time, but thats what sets us apart from one another & what makes this a home & a family!! we share, laugh, cry, fight, support, & help each other out!! to me that is family!!

This is pretty sad, talking about Don when he can't respond.  I agree with Jonny here.  If you're genuinely concerned about him, contact him directly.

I did yesterday.  I sent him a WTF email and whaddya know, he answered me. He has completely valid reasons for pulling a Paco.

Big loss for ch.com.  Please respect his privacy though and please stop speculating behind his back.  He deserves more than that.

I never even got to know the guy really, but I hate to see anyone leave who has the experience of helping us all deal with this CH BEAST...

I am sure we all have done and said things in the past, that we wish we could take back, as they said, I would not Trash anyone who could not defend themselves, I am not picking or pointing at anyone.

I would just like to see Don come back...

In order for the vote to count, you have to have 9 checks in boxes.  So you pick the candidates out that you want to vote for.  IF the count is less than nine, then you have to click on enough "no" votes in order to get your total number of clicks up to 9, so if you only wanted to vote for one person, click on their name and then click on 8 "no" votes.  Hope that helps.

I've never met Don, never really gotten in to a discussion on this board, or the OUCH boards with him.  Some of his posts have made me extremely angry, and some of his posts have made me ROLFLMAO.  I think Don is needed here, if for nothing else, but to keep us on our toes and honest about what we post.
