Ladies, what's YOUR favorite parts....personally, for me it's the giblets (although those tail feathers can be pretty cool).

That was almost as cool as "pithing" a frog in biology. You got a fresh dead formaldehyde soaked frog, then you and your lab partner had to stick the pin in just the right spot at the base of the skull to make the limbs jump, if you wanted to make the A team. Our frog just hung there, leaking liquid from it's "vent," and mushed apart in the neck region. No A.
