Title: Re: Frito Chili Pie Post by daffyswacky on Oct 1st, 2005, 4:10pm Frito Chili Pie (An old recipe from the 1940's, but still a favorite) 3 cups Frito Lay's Brand Corn Chips 1 large Onion, chopped 1 can (19 ounce) chili (or home made chili) 1 cup grated American cheese Place 2 cups of Fritos Corn chips in a baking dish. Arrange chopped onion and half of grated cheese on the corn chips. Pour chili over chips over onion and cheese. Top with the remaining corn chips and grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings. |
