Thanks Rex & Cootie. Unfortunately I am still awake. The tempt dropped 20 degrees and my leg is driving me mad, MAD I SAY! LOL. I'm about loopy, but I guess that's what I get for not sleeping. Not a fun feeling. [smiley=gocrazy.gif]

BTW, I know you have tried all the usual suspects from drinking warm milk to counting sheep, but have you eaten a banana before going to sleep...? I have no idea if it works, but a friend of mine, ex-insomniac, swears by it these days.

After you mentioned the banana once before I tried it, more than once. Only gave me gas. :P
Both my dog and I have "hairdresser" appointments in the morning. Hope I remember which one of us goes where. Not sure how I would look in a Schnauzer cut.

Nada. Again. What day is it? Oh yeah!

I'll spare you my rant and tirade. Lets just say around 5:30am as I tossed and turned, hot one second and cold the next, the bed started spinning. Next thing I knew I was in the bathroom puking, and spent nearly an hour on the floor shaking and all I could think of was "This must be what a heroin addict goes through when they have withdrawls." I jumped in the shower afterwards, got out and started my day. Wound up getting hit before I left the house, and spent some time out on the cold sidewalk barefoot hoping the blood would rush to my feet. I know I had to look weird walking around outside holding my head, but I also think after that, no one here is gonna screw with me. The neighbors who were outside probably wondered what was up with the crazy bald guy holding his head and pacing? Does he hear voices? Is here dangerous? Hehehehe. Let 'em think that.

Called my GP, Neuro and seeing them both next week (gp mon and neuro friday) and will probably wind up in the sleep clinic the following week. Not looking forward to that.

"Oh sure, I can't sleep in the comforts of home - all these wires glued to me should make it so much easier to sleep." ::)

I don't know if your religious... I'm not, but every night I say the "Our Father" prayer over and over and over.. and it ALWAYS gets me to sleep. Of course I wake up every hour on the hour... but I just keep doing it and it seems to work. Wishing you some much needed ZZZZ's Carl...

I wasn't expecting a message from my sweetie. I finally got some sleep, and tell your mom I didn't make it over yesterday because my body and brain both collapsed yesterday, for how many hours I don't know, but had an attack last night but fell right out afterwards.

I just woke up again, LOL. I think I got almost 20 hours sleep. Can ya believe THAT?

For those who have heard me talk about my niece over and over, that is her above. Sarah_D. Really good to see her post. Now I feel special.
