Title: What is love? Post by sandie99 on Sep 21st, 2005, 1:22pm What is love? is it the passing moment between eyes on a crowded room? is it tenderness between two people who have been together for 50 years? is it taking care of a sick child? is it giving a hug to stranger? is it smiling to someone passing by? is it the touch of sunshine on a warm summer day? is it all of them and so much more? Sanna :) |

Title: Re: What is love? Post by LadyElaine on Sep 21st, 2005, 1:46pm Love is very patient and kind, never jealous, never boastful or proud, never haughty or selfish or rude. Love does not demand its on way. Love is not irriable or touchy. Love does not hold grudges and will hardly even notice when others do it wrong. Love is never glad about injustice, but rejoices when ever truth wins out. If you love someone you will be loyal to him no matter what the cost. You will always believe in him, always expect the best in him, and always stand your ground in defending him. All the special powers from God will someday come to a end, but love goes on forever. Thats the best answer I ever found its in the Bible Corinthians 13: 4-8 |

Great chapter Lady E "If I were to have everything one could desire in this world yet not have love, I would have nothing." Peace & Love, Carl D P.S. - And what better way to say "I love you" than with the gift of the spatula? |

Title: Re: What is love? Post by Annette_Emond on Sep 21st, 2005, 6:43pm I can't remember where I came across this, but I printed it out when I did... True love is neither physical, nor romantic. True love is an acceptance of all that is, has been, will be, and will not be. How true it is. Annette |

Title: Re: What is love? Post by minnie on Sep 21st, 2005, 7:14pm BABY Before you were conceived, I wanted you Before you were born, I loved you Before you were here an hour, I would die for you This is the miracle of love. -Maureen Hawkins ------------------------------------------------------------ Every morning I go in to wake my Daughters up for school.they open their eyes kinda tired and a little grumpy til they see me.They get the biggest smiles and I hear the sweetest words in the english language."Good morning Mommy I love you" As I look at my sweetest angels (sometimes disguised as devils) I know true meaning of never ending I would die for you Love.My Night ends with Goodnight mommy I Love you.Even though April's eight and Beths nine I always say I love you my Baby Girl. When I leave my parents house or end a phone conversation I always say I Love you to my Mom and Dad .Mom's says Love you too and Dad says yeah me too.A parent /child love never dies.
