I always wonder'd if them super spammers (send the crap out to get paid) must just forward the the shit off a personal email title and not change it to match the crap they send......too lazy or tooo stupid ? I get alot that don't make sense too......what's up with that ? Entire message of BLARB. Cram'd with spam Pam

My Hotmail addy got overrun with spam. I even got one today offering a free back yard remodeling.

Let's see if the housing authority likes that!

I won the Canadian lottery (or so they say) even though I never entered or bought a ticket. All I have to do is call Africa and give them my bank account numbers so they can transfer the money. I'll go and do that now. LOL (Right!!)

so i created a crap email acct & replied:
Thank you but my boyfriend..my girfriend AND my husband are all more than satisifed!!
Can ya tell I was bored at work!!

Don't worry, Pam. One of my former hotmail addys used to get those sort of spam messages as well. The funny thing is that I use that particular hotmail as storage space, which means that I don't give it to anybody. Yet it gets most of the spam. Interesting... ::)

Spammers are looking for the stupid and compulsive among us. These creative subject titles are designed to get past spam blockers. Spammers figure if they get past the blockers they can reach a small percent of folks who will open them.

And believe it or not some people can't resist opening everything the ends up in their mailbox. For some reason some folks just have to believe that one of those messages may be important and spammers know it.

We have a business partner that is compulsive and can't resist. After cleaning her PC on numerous occasions and removing endless junk and spyware, (thank goodness for great antivirus software), I now find it easier to beat her into the office to delete all spam before she can get to it.

I get my share of spam but I'm pretty good with it.

I'm very careful. So far so good too. Lots of investing shit, porn, and drug deals. Lots of fake paypals and ebays as well. They know about them.

The strange topics are because spammers are using randomly generated phrases to get through anti-spam filters. They know that most people are not stupid, but if 0.01% of the people are stupid, and it costs almost nothing to blast spam to 10 million people, then they can make money off the 1000 that do respond.

Consider yourself collateral damage, bro.

NEVER Open mail from anyone you dont know - (and don't bother with email from some people that you do know) ;)
