Because numerous members have communicated a confusion with the nomination procedures for candidates in the upcoming OUCH Board of Directors elections, your OUCH leadership team voted on September 14, 2005 to extend the nomination window until September 22, 2005.

Alright, a lot of people have had plenty to say about the present BoD and officers.  Now is the time to change that, if that is the way you feel.  Run for office.  Give the membership and yourself a choice of who to elect.

Very few have put their names in the running.

I have watched your comments for almost three years. Your sex jokes are occasionally, and only occasionally, moderately humorous. Your OUCH criticisms are usually bitter and not helpful. well, I'm still not completely sure what penultimate means but what's even more worrying is....what the hell is a Gadfly?  Is it an insect?  

Jonny, I'm glad you said something - I thought the same thing.  I don't recognize Michael either - I see he's had 548 posts though.  Man, I gotta pay closer attention, I guess.

Don, you little dickens, you.  Are you out there gadflying penultimately again?  Not worried that the other gadflies will get jealous?

If he had really been here 3 years then he would have seen Don has helped alot when needed and joked alot when needed. He has also been the brunt of alot of slams without btchn I personally have a he11 of alot of respect for him and someone should be a little more informed b4 popping open there pie hole.
Again just a personal opinion.

I don't have what it takes to do the job well - far too thin-skinned - would not be good for me or for OUCH.
