Title: The blondie has an idea... Post by blossom on Sep 14th, 2005, 10:40pm So I am going to need some help doing this however... I am planning on setting up a website (which is what I am going to need help with!!) that has insurance lingo and explanations of how insurance works to help people get the most out of their healthcare benefits. Example: I have heard so many people say and post that their insurance company "won't" pay for their scripts... WRONG! You just gotta have someone on your side to know the ins and outs & the right questions to ask and the right people to talk to. I can help but I can't do it without a web-site and that's where you guys come in. I know there are a bunch of computer savvy peeps here and I am asking for help. I am moving next weekend and once I get settled in I will be ready to get this going by mid-October. I would appreciate any input and suggestions of what you guys would like to see included. I've been working on gathering up information and this is going to be a work in progress for as long as the site is up and running... hit me with your suggestions guys - I want to help as many people as possible, not just Clusterheads HOWEVER there will be preferencial treatment of course. ;;D :-* - Karen |

Title: Re: The blondie has an idea... Post by marty on Sep 15th, 2005, 7:31am Hi Blossom As to the web site, you will need to contact a provider. I have two web sites and they are both through ipower.com It will cost you $100.00 per year and it includes a .com - .org name for your web page registration. Each web site also comes with 300 e-mail addresses. Ipower is a company that I have found to be very reasonable in cost and support. In fact, once you sign up they have templates that you can "fill in the blanks" to make your own web page - it is very simple. There are a few things that you may need help with such as getting the right words embedded for search engines etc. So go ahead and GIT-R-DONE ;;D Marty |
