Guess who forgot their wedding anniversary? :-[
And then made matters worse by cracking up laughing when they found out?  ::)

The only way I survive that particular faux pas (sp?) is because our only child was born on our anniversary.

Forgetting that would be a double whammy mistake I'd be sure to never forget.

He'll get over it deary!

Helen at least the dog-house is better than the out-house!

Don't worry, it's not a womans job to remember the important dates, it's the mans job (otherwise how can we ever hold it against them?)

Just say to him:"It was a test and you passed well."

That will make him feel great and get you off the hook.

Congrats in anycase!

It wasn't me. If I forgot something like that and then laughed about it, I wouldn't live to talk about it.

Mine was Aug. 30th and I remembered. Got the wife a card, flowers and took her out to a nice quiet dinner. Yes, it was boring. Do any of you find yourself having nothing to talk about with your spouse when the kids are gone? or is it just me?

Who wants to actually talk when the kids are gone??? When we are actually alone, talking isn't really the frist thing on my mind.  ;;D

Mine either, but we all know that's not what's on wimmens mind, they would rather talk or watch stupid movies and cuddle.

I'm simple. Give me a beer and show me yer boobies.

I don't know. Whatever it is, it sounds expensive.

Post by LeLimey on Sep 8th, 2005, 12:34pm
Nope Giffy, Romance isn't expensive.. not unless you're lazy!
You ask any of the women here and I bet we'll all tell you the most romantic things ever done for us were things that cost little or no money.

Any fool can send flowers or buy chocolates and I'm not saying those aren't nice.. but they aren't original. I think everyone, male or female, likes the things best that make them feel like they are the most important person in the world to someone else.

Girl, you tell it like it is!

Romance - it’s definitely about the little things that make you feel like you’re the MOST important thing to this person.  Besides, my boyfriend says he ends up getting a lot more than he gives... ::)  ;)

I know what romance is, Hens. Last night my wifey wasn't feeling good, so I sat on the couch, put a pillow on my lap and laid her head on the pillow and brushed her hair and messaged her head and face and my daughter rubbed her feet with lotion.

Then I asked her to get me a beer and show me her boobies.

I said please.

OOOOOOOPSSS! Helen

My husband gave me a Gardening encyclopaedia one year so I left when he was out and went to stay with a friend for 2 days to teach him a lesson.

Bloody sad thing is I still had to explain it to him when I got back
