Hello everyone Terry here at DavCon. My best friend Dave is going to make a model with OUCH logo for me to give to whoever would like to put on auction for Ouch or fund raiser for Ouch. It will be given to the right person at DavCon06. Now I need help deciding what the vehicle should be like a car or truck or semi or jeep or even a boat or plane. Dave has a website in case anyone would like to see the kind of work he does and he explains the steps he takes in building process. Takes him about 40-50 hours for each model. The #24 Dupont chevy truck shown in his website is the one he gave me for my birthday last Jan. Also will need any ideas about what else we should put on vehicle like mention water,o2, etc some of the main names that go along with these clusters. So please start sending me idea's and I will keep track of the kind of vehicle most people would like it to be and let everyone know what it will be and the other lettering that will be on it. Thank you Terry

A fire truck. Think of the symbolism .. Rushing to the "fire in your head" .. With plenty of WATER (water treatment) .. And oxygen .. Big ole O.U.C.H on the side .. Sirens blasting ..

I like the symbolism of the fire truck idea Chuck.

Mind you Goat has a point with the jeep cos these CH's sure make you fele like a P.O.S... eh Frank? ;)

If this is being auctioned off to raise money for OUCH. Then shouldn't is be made available via shipping or taken to the national convention by someone to give to the person that won it. I wouldn't keep it limited to just DAVCON people. But that is just my opinion. I think a model car like the real ouch racing car with just an ouch logo on it would be great.

That is what I am refering to, Racers nascar car that has the OUCH logo on it. Make a model of that.

thank you all for the input please more more altho I like the nascar idea and if you been to the Tinks Toys website he started doing nascar models for his nascar friends on-line and sold quite a few on ebay til they stoped him cause of trademark copyrights or something like that
and when I said I would give to someone at the DavCon06 meet and greet I meant give it to the person who will put it on auction or fund raiser for ALL to be able to get a chance at getting it OR even take it to next national convention and give to dj a certain person dj who had the great idea dj to start and maintan this great site dj
not naming any names dj you know in case dj that person dj doesnt see this post dj and everyone at convention could give it to that person dj just an idea I thought of dj Ü
I had thought of maybe it being a tow truck cause I feel like I got hit my a mack truck or maybe an ambulance but I will do it by the majority of the ideas you all give me ok good good Terry

I am the OUCH fundraising and convention gal.
when you get it all made and are ready to auction it off ( or what ever you decide to do with it) just let me know and we'll talk and help take care of it for you.

hello all
well so far its the OUCH race car with most votes
and if thats what it is going to be I will wait 1 more week til decide then I will get a picture from Bill (Racer1_NC) if thats the majority vote and I will let Rori (lionsound) know when done and get it to her for auction or take to next convention I will let her do what she would like since she is in charge of that department.

Ok everyone next thursday the 15th of Sept will be cut off date for the kind of model my best friend will make for auction or to give away at national convention here are the choices given and the number of times voted for
Racer1_NC "OUCH" stock car (7) , firetruck (5) , train (1) , jeep (2) , linar rover (1) , hummer (1) , and a semi (1). so please if you havent voted for your favorite vehical please do in this post and if you have already voted please try to get others on this post and vote please oh please oh please Terry

If it was just for me myself I personally, I'd opt for a broken bicycle with flat tyres, buckled wheel, busted brakes, rusty chain, seat missing and handlebars askew.

As it's for all of us, however, I vote car.
