"Lock and load".

Heard from redneck this morning around 6.  He was just going to bed.  He had been up since 4:30 yesterday morning and been in Baton Rouge since about 5:30 yesterday evening.  He was dead tired and didn't tell me much, except that they were lucky and had an apartment that they were able to use.
