Title: The Warden from Hell ... is HOME !! Post by ClusterChuck on Aug 10th, 2005, 6:28pm This is just to let you know what is happening to the Warden. I had to admit her to the hospital, this afternoon. This is actually good news. She has a kidney infection, and she has not been responding to the meds, as yet. Yesterday, and then again today, I had to take her to an Urgent Care center. They gave her 2500 mL of saline solution (both days) to get her re-hydrated. They also gave her an IV antibiotic (both days) to try to break the infection. So far, her white blood cell count is still through the roof. She has been spiking a fever of 103.7 or so. OTC meds bring it down, but then it goes right back up again. She has not been able to keep anything down since Sunday. I keep telling her, that this is NOT the way to loose weight! It is a way to give me MORE grey hairs than I already have! I feel better, now that they admitted her, as they can now get control of it, and make her feel better. She has been going through hell the past few days. This is my baby, they BETTER fix her! Fortunately, the beast was better today. I was able to sneak out to my car and get hit there, both times, so that I did not have to do any training today! My ex-wife is with her now, so that I could sneak home here and deal with the beast, again. I used up the oxygen I had in the car. Fortunately, I am only a mile or so from the hospital. Anyhow, I know you were all wondering about the brat, and thought I would give you an update. I will head back up to the hospital shortly, and spend more time with her. Chuck |

Now I have to put up with her, AGAIN!! Anyhow, she still spikes a fever, but her white blood count is way down (not normal, yet, but way down from where it was) and the most important thing, she can keep food and liquids down now. Now I know why dad never wants me to call an ambulence for him. Hospitals are BORING! I plan on being ALL better by the end of the day, so I can go outside and play tommorrow. I think everyone wants me to rest though. [smiley=furious.gif] And as now I have proof that dad loves me, all though he still denies it! Thanks for the hugs and kisses dad passed them all along.
