I'm making a joint will with my mum.

We're soon on our way to Rome and we want to make sure that if something unexpected happends and we both die on the same time, the people who we want will inherit what we want.

Now, I want to add clusterheadaches.com & OUCH to the list to those who will inherit after us. I'm just not sure how to do it. Is there some bank account I could mention in the will or how I should do it? I've never made a will before (obviously) and I want to do it right. All the advices would be appreciated.

Well, we're making the will to make sure that all the people we love & appreciate will inherit what's left of us when we're gone. The whole idea of the joint will is to keep few arrogant & rude & greedy relatives (who otherwise don't give a crap about us) out.

Mum is terrified of terrorist attack... In fact, she's bit panicking about it. I can understand that, but I don't share that fear. That's why we're making the joint will now before trip to Rome. We've travelled after 9/11 on several occasions but she's freaking out right now, thanks to London bombings.

For ch.com you would probably leave it to Daren Johnson, the owner, creator and operator of ch.com.

I think for OUCH you just designate The Organization for Understanding Cluster Headaches since they are a legit corporation and non-profit organization.

Cool Mum is right.

Tell her not to worry about terrorist attacks.

It's non productive and no more likely than
before 9/11. It's in the news is all. Use a little common sense. Don't go nuts is all.
