Wow...gorgeous pics...thanks Patti!

By the way, I went to the store the other night to buy some sunflowers and realized that that I didn't have a long enough or big enough vase for them. So I didn't get them. Can't I just trim the stem? How far in? Don't want to destroy them once I have them cause i'm clueless...or Should I just get a long vase for them....? :-/

Their stems are really hollow, so they won't suffer if you cut them shorter. Once, I even had one break off right at the flower head, and I just sort of floated it in some water. So cut away. ;;D
