well i see i i missed a cookout that sucks mabey next time , im doing good i had ome strange hit three nights ago probably cause i partied to much that night but other than that its been weeks of being pain free and im gratful for that many times over.
i just got my internet connection up and going and all is good im back in mass again wich sucks i hate this state but i had no choice its tempoary thu , how is everyone i hope you are all doing good and getting pf time in your lives .
well ill be around trying to help others achieve some sanity as i said pf or not im still here so off i go to keep that promise.

thanks agian to everyone that has been there for me.

details im living in the midle of nowhere at the moment its strickly dialup hell ,ive been in the studio 4 times and ive almost completed 3 songs and i have to say its not as easy as i remember it to be but its still a rush to do it i hope to get some gigs together soon, im moving back to mass it two weeks to peabody , im glad to be pain free but its not like it used to be i guess i cant help but realise im not alone in this world and with this horrid cripping problem . one of the songs im working on is souly based on the hell you go thru with the beast its called plainly { ITS INSIDE } its not for the faint of heart i think jonny might like it im not sure about others .
im gonna stay single for awhile im sure that wont last long thou lol . well thats about it work ios work although its nice to run sometrhing that can crush about anything i want and it pays good, basically {its all good} .

i hope you all are doing well and living life to the fullest.
