Title: New scoop..... Post by Ree on Aug 5th, 2005, 7:38pm Dave can't sleep. This is the usual phenomenon that happens before his cycle.... any ideas.... he just can't sleep.... tries and can't... hes snappy too..... any ideas would be appreciated. I made a new Neuro appt.... a guy from Framingham for all of you MASS CH'ers... When I made the appt. I talked to the receptionist.. I said does he deal with Cluster headaches.... Cocky as you please she says to me "Hes a Neurologist of course he deals with CH patients." I said " Do you know how much schooling a Neuro gets on headache in Med school", something I learned by the doc in NY 2003..... I said "5 hours so don't tell me that he knows Cluster Headache just because he is a Neuro".... she backed down after that..... Try not to piss of a Menopausal Cluster Supporter LOL...... pray that this Neuro knows his stuff. If not we are up for a new Neuro in Mass. Keep your roller decks handy.....love ree |

Title: Re: New scoop..... Post by floridian on Aug 5th, 2005, 7:43pm As soon as my sleep gets clustery-weird, I start on melatonin at night, and take 5-htp during the day. Also, magnesium, B-vitamins, green tea and turmeric/curcumin. |
