Must be a man who wrote it.  After the Ghosts escapades I feel like letting some buckshot loose on a man!

If I see a certain Goat again... well ;;D

The person writing this article takes more shots than a crosseyed hunter on the opening morning of rabbit season.  Whoa there fella - how about only shooting the ones on the right.   [smiley=bigguns.gif]

Cracks have begun appearing in the UK thong market with sales down nearly 20 per cent in the past year.

Attempts to maintain and cling to the hip line of stylish personals while also being able to ride in the low end of the market with very thin margins has fashion execs appearing high strung from the revealing of exposed flanks in their target market goals created by the more casual sweat pants fad.        ::)

That is a good one.  I love to hear stories or even see video footage of thongs dropping.

Just when they installed more security cameras too.

Crazy Brits....

Damn. I have to slow down for awhile. My hand needs rest. It's getting pretty sore.

I'll not let you get away with anything though.

Here in Oz that's a G-string.  Thongs are the rubber flip-flops you wear on your feet.

Took us a while to pick up on why there was such a kerfuffle when Monica showed her thong the Pres.

Brian, that was always what we called them too, when I was growing up. Thongs were rubber flip-flops that you wore on your feet, and a G-string was the fanny-floss underwear. (which look highly uncomfortable!)

That's interesting, Frank, the way languages change and evolve.  Did you happen to note when it happened?

The change here was sudden (and caught on like wild-fire) straight after that certain event.  I've a mate whose especially intersted in these things so would appreciate your thoughts.

(Incidentally, it's not the uncomfortableness I wonder about. It's the personal hygiene.)  Eeeeuwwwwww!

LOL! The hygiene problem sounds really icky! I'm glad I'm doing THAT load of laundry!  [smiley=laugh.gif]

I don't know when it changed, Brian. I left the United States in 1987 and didn't return until 1997. Coming back was like landing in a totally different country. I felt like Rip Van Winkle, or something. I was living with prices, culture, and music from 1987, and the rest of the nation had moved on. Since then, I've been trying to catch up... It's been rather... surreal.
