Title: sound familiar ? Post by maffumatt on Jul 26th, 2005, 10:28pm There is this guy that I have known for about a year and a half, not to well but one of those guys that when you see them on the street you wave and say hello how ya doing. Well one of the guys I know at work is dateing his sister now. She saw my O2 condenser and asked what it was for. I told her it was for my bad headaches. She said " headaches, my brother gets them. " I thought here we go. Well she explains that he has had all of his teeth pulled and the HA are still there. That it wakes him up every night. That he couldn't sit still and he hit his head amd paced By this time my ears have perked up. I asked how long do they last. She told me that they last about 45 min to an hour and he gets them 3 or 4 times a day, and they come every winter. He doesn't have ins so he just bears through them. Sound like anything we know? Think I will go see him after work tomorrow. |

Title: Re: sound familiar ? Post by maffumatt on Jul 27th, 2005, 9:21pm went and visited him tonight and talked to him for over an hour. In my opinion he is a clusterhead. I directed him to my doctor since he knew enough to help me. I brought him some melatonin, informed him about Kudzo and the alternitives. Explained all I knew about CH. I had downloaded alot of the info on the OUCH site to a disk but he has no computer. He and his wife are going to come visit tomorrow night to check out CH.com and OUCH. He has had two heart attacks so I didn't know what to tell him on the drugs he can use so I stayed off that subject other than letting him know there was help out there and that he wasn't alone. |
