Title: Looking For A Book (Sci-Fi?)
Post by Frank_W on Jul 22nd, 2005, 4:15pm
I'm looking for a book that I read back in the mid-70's. I don't remember the author or the title, but the story had a very dreamy quality to it, and it was about a team of entymologists who traveled to Venus to catch a certain type of butterfly... It was really a haunting story, and I would love to read it again. Anyone?

Venus of Dreams 1986 by Pamela Sargent

When I read the title of the thread, my first thought was, "The Dr. Suess books are in the kids section." ;;D

You may be right... On second thought, perhaps it really was, "The Cat Shat In The Hat." Hrmmm...

It's sounds familiar to me too. Certianly Pamela Sargent.

I'm looking into SF for the first time in years. I subscribed to all kinds of fan crap. A real gafiate.
