If they did try to take pictures people would kill them. I was thinking this at the last convention. Sunday morning as I was saying my good buys I noticed we all looked a like. BlOOD shot eyes, hair just hanging, very little to no make up, unshaved, walking slow, some even talking slow, so not talking at all LOL. It was all anyone could do to walk to their cars and cabs. Taking pictures the last day really shows how much fun they have. You guys get home safe. Can't wait to read all the post from everyone that went. |

[smiley=heart.gif] My hubby had a great time, too. It was quite emotional :-[ for me to actually meet other clusterheads... especially after all these years of being treated the way I have by every ignorant/idiotic doctor I've been to! I'm really very shy, so thanks for being so friendly and welcoming! ;;D The whole convention was put together well, the hotel was really great, the entertainment was fabulous [smiley=thumb.gif] (I can see a new reality show on the horizon!), the food was great... I know so much hard work went into everything and I just want to acknowledge and thank those that made it all come together. It's so greatly appreciated by everyone. The pictures are wonderful (you can delete the ones of me, please!!! ugh! :-[ I can't believe your cameras actually worked after taking the ones of me! OMG!) Helen, you and David are such a wonderfully delightful couple! I wish we could have visited more. I bet your kids were soooo glad to have you home! (BTW, the chocolates are oh so delicious!) I've been very concerned for you after hearing about more bombings today in London! You're so right, Frank, about where would we be without those who support us... I had asked David if he suffered from CH and he said no, that he was a "suffering supporter"! Of course, we laughed because the way he said it was funny... but the truth of the matter is those of us who have an understanding and supportive spouse are so very blessed. It sure isn't easy for them... by any means! Going to the convention helped Larry as much as it did me, I think! I'm really looking forward to next year's! Hopefully we can plan to visit for more than just one day that time :)! |
