Nice......we have an older one and there really cool......ours is set up out back for now......had a few bonfire parties and let people crash out in it. Very comfortable ! Were takein ours to the blues fest in August. Popper upper Pam

We only paided $2,000.00 for this one broomhilda.
I did a search on ebay for campers within 500 miles of me and found this one. Its only 45 minutes away and the price was right. We still have to buy a generator and get the ball put on the truck so I figure we will have $2,500.00 in it when we are done.
The phontoon belongs to one of Buddys friends. He wants $3,000.00 for it we are not sold on it just yet. We will be going for a ride on it this week end. If we like it we will go to the bank and see what we can do.
We might just do the camper and hold off on the boat. Summer is about over we might get more serious about a boat next year. The camper is what we really wanted. Buddy goes to the Nascar rases every year so that will come in handy. I bet we go to more than just the Atlanta race now LOL.
Check ebay out and be sure to ask lots of questions before you bid. I asked questions for two days LOL.

LMAO Charlie I can only give the Good Lord credit. He seems to take good care of me.

Congratulations, TS! Is that the one you showed me last week? The Chesapeake! You'll have SO much fun! So, how's about pointing it north and coming for a bit of a drive! You and Buddy can test out our boat! Mike really needs a fishin buddy, you know. Hey! He caught a fish this weekend!! :o So, for once, it was no longer fishing - it was CATCHING!! He's pretty pumped!

And, you know...you'll probably get a break with your head when you're out camping. Mike always does. Nothing like fresh air to clear your head and chillin' out - does a clusterhead LOTSA good!

yeah, he threw it back - he always does, he can't kill it, my boy. It was a 24" lake trout, about 5 pounds. Nice fish. He did get a pic - I'll send it to ya email. I'll also send you a pic of the PORSCHE that they pulled out of the lake the next day! Some poor buggar forgot to set his parking brake and it rolled down the boat launch and into 35 feet of water. Man, it sucks to be that guy! :o

My Mom and Dad have one. We had it since I was little. I have very fond memories of taking camping vacations in the back yard as well as road trips. All so much fun. You are so lucky.

If you're somewhat serious about the pontoon boat I's suggest buying it in September. You'll be able to get one at a lowered price due to the season being over.

Buy boats in the fall and sell them in the spring.

The guy gave us a good deal on it I think. I don't know a lot about boats and what they go for. He wants $3,500 for it. He has a great payment plan $100 a month for 35 months no intrest. He just wants the thing out of his way. He took good care of it. He is going to take us for a ride in it this week end. We will just have to see what happens.

All us campers will have to get together some where and have a meet and greet !

I never had a camper before but I wanted one with air.
You can take the cooking part outside and cook so you don't make it so hot inside. It don't have a bathroom just a porter potty. I can work around that ;-) The inside looks good. It has a tear in one place but it does not leak. It has nice looking beds and there is a little damage to one of the cabnit door. I think I can make it look better with a little tender love and care.

i will take some pictures of the inside when I get it and email ya. We will trad pictures you send me convention pictures and I will send you pictures of a camper. I will make out on that deal LOL

I always wanted to get one of those campers, I would have bought one years ago if I knew they had A/C.....LOL ;;D (I hate the heat)

Good for you E-Baby...you deserve to have fun after all youve been through, just make sure you sleep with the Vermont teddy bear I sent you ;;D

It's wonderful to see you this excited about something, Elaine. Sounds like you're really going to enjoy this a whole lot.

Margi's right though, point it towards Canada and just come on up! You could even come to Canmore and meet up with all of us in August.

Now, me and camping - ah, not so much! I want a shower, a lamp at night to read by, and someone else to come make up the room! Guess my idea of camping is the local Howard Johnson. Tried camping a few times when the kids were young and it just doesn't do it for me. Although roasting marshmallows is good!

Carol, it will be awhile before I can come that far. I got to pay the camper off first. Buddy has been so good to me I couldn't say no to a pop up.
I am like you Carol I like air a bathroom and lights. 2 out of three aint bad LOL! I am going to get to Canada again someday.

These punks in our neighborhood are giving us such a hard time, we ought to get one and go live in our property in Mcintosh County (over on the Georgia Coast and forget this town. Mmmm, only problem, is visions of what to do with all our "stuff." Anyone remember that skit by Georgia Carlin???
