The Ambulance service here has issued a suggestion for everyone in light of all the missing people in London.
They hace suggested we all type in ICE numbers into our mobile phones. ICE = In Case of Emergency.
You can have ICE 1, ICE 2, ICE 3 - however many you need.. but that way rescue services can always get in touch with the people who need to know where you are (NO... not your bank manager, stuff him ;) )
I think its a brilliant idea, I'm going to do it and I wanted to share it with all of you.
I'm going to send out a bulk email to everyone I know so if any of you get that message as well as this one I'm sorry.
Please pass it on to everyone you can if you think its a good idea. I don't mind how many times I get it!

Good idea.....course I have no cell phone now and after the ordeal scam I went thru for the one I had a few days and took back I am AFRAID to try again. Stay safe Pam

You can make a slip of paper, too
keep in wallet, purse and coat pockets.

You never know, where and when.

My hubby still wears his dog tags too, j.i.c. (just in case)

Whenever i pack, I have an I.C.E.
typed up and packed in the surface pocket.

Thanks, Helen. Not only am I going to have my daughter do this, especially since she is about to enter college away from home, but I'm going to pass this idea along to my friends and other family members. Great idea! ;;D
