90+deg./70+%humidity in PA. - Just stopped working on a project in the shop and look like I was working in the rain. I think I'm gonna try renting some space out in my new sauna. [smiley=laugh.gif]

It's mid-winter here in the Torres Straits (northern tip of Oz) and just last night the temperature plummetted to a mere 93 degrees F.

Fair dinkum, it woulda frozen the balls off a brass monkey.

I'll be rugging up tonight, that's for sure.

95 degress and 100% humidity. Typical summer in northern indiana....still sucks though.

The humidity is what does it. I used to split firewood with a sledgehammer and wedges all summer long, in 100F heat, in the mountains in California. I'd work an eight hour day with no problem. Here in Tennessee, if it gets to 90F, I'm staying in the house. It's so stifling, you can't even breathe... (Thank God, I'm out of cycle!)

In my apartment the average temp has been in the 100's everyday. Working in there has been like hell on a cold day. Was drenched in sweat just walking ino it. I spent most of last week heat sick, and the real fun is the windows only crack open so far. The temp outside right now has dropped and I am hoping it'll be a bit cooler tomorrow in there (90's would be okay) so I can box up more stuph.

Meanwhile back at the ranch...
