Now is the perfect time to tell you my great news. :D

You see, it has been a while since my last full-blown ch attack. According to my ch diary, it was in the beginning of April! Since then I've had few very short kip 1s and 2s and just 30 second shadows in May. So practically nothing... ;)

In fact, I was so convinced that PF time would last that I started to lower my verpamil dose in May. At its max, I took 600mg of verpamil/day.

Slowly I lowered the dose and since May 21 I have lived without meds all together!

And you know what?

I've been PF the whole time!!!!

I've suffered from ch since fall 2001. I was diagnosed in January 2003. I've been a chronic since fall 2003.
Now ch has stayed away and I've had regular HAs twice. :)

I'm sorry that I didn't tell you sooner... I wanted to! I just wanted to be sure that the PF time lasts before I let you know. :)

Ain't life grand...? ;;D

I'm so happy to be finally PF!!!! ;;D
