We know of several people who have made hotel registrations that the hotel has not given OUCH credit for.

Anyone who has made hotel reservations for the convention, please PM either DD or myself your name and which nights you are booked for, so we can check it against the masterlist for the hotel.

Also, for reservations to be credited to OUCH, they must be made by June 30th. This is not to say you can't book a room after that, just that OUCH gets credit for it if it is by June 30th.

I called the hotel reservation line and they said that I am on the OUCH list

Thank you all who have replied.

While it's ok if you want to call the hotel yourself, still... please let me or DD know what nights you are registered. We have the master list of the reservations, and it's very important that we have you on the list. Not everyone is on this list, even though you have made reservations, and we need to take this up with the hotel. So, please... let US know what dates you are registered for.

Thanks to all...you see...the hotel didn't have everyone listed on our master list.

Of course, they wouldn't DREAM of messing up the King's reservation.

I just registered this afternoon. OUCH was my corporate group answer.

Now, if I can find out where to send the $65, all will be well. The T-shirt thing didn't lead me to paypal.
