I've dealt with this nightmare on my own for 10 years the bulk of this time as a cronic. I'd poke my head into the site now and then but never signed in or paid much mind to many of the posts.

In the short time that I've been here

I've realize that many folks have been dealing with this far longer than I have.

Found more treatment options to research than I ever thought were available.

Realized there are a lot of folks dealing with the same issues and that I was't alone.

Found that there are folks working to find answers

Found a lot of people willing to share any information that could help even if some of my questions and issues seem a little outdated.

Until now, I just didn't get it.

Ditto to what Frank said....If nothing else, it's just really comforting to know that these people are here whenever you need them, and all the info and help is available anytime.

I grew up on those doughnuts with with raspberry filling and powdered sugar. I weighed 247 when I was 18 though. Fortunately or not, in several ways, I'm a shadow of my former self.
