Title: For the Ladies...meet Popeye... Post by Langa on Jun 7th, 2005, 11:56am Remember I told you about my friend and co-worker Deren, aka Popeye? Here’s some pics of his latest bodybuilding competition. He came in 4th – from 15 men. I always see him eating the weirdest foods. He told me 2 days prior to the competition he has to dehydrate, by tanning excessively? This makes the muscle expand??? Not sure if I understood correctly. I just told him that wasn’t healthy and he agreed but he said he only does that twice a year. His fiancé is a lightweight women bodybuilding champion.
