I still take ambien but I don't stay asleep 'at all'.......I nodded out on ambien the other nite on here and wacked my face on my computer table fallin from the chair. Broke my nose......knocked myself out......I think ambien can be dangerous for that. But it is better then nothing. I've been in an aweful FUNK anyhow. Tired but sleepyless Pam Doesn't tea have caffiene ? |

Talk to your doc about: Switching from Ambien to Lunesta. 1 to 2 mg if you have problems falling asleep. 3 mg if you have problems staying asleep. It's a relatively new sleep med and ok for long term use. www.lunesta.com I hope this helps, Renee |
