I never do this....not even for myself!

My granddaughter Casey (10 yrs old) has been in the intensive care unit of the Boston childrens hospital for a week, she has pneumonia. she was suppose to get out Wednesday but things didnt go that way.....things are finally starting to look in her favor.

They set up a message board that folks can post messages to her, she would get a big kick out of a few if you folks would like to make a little girl smile.

You can use my log on if you like.

Username: jonny666

Password: clusterhea

If you add "Friend of Papa Dad" in your message she will know where its coming from.

I've tried 5 or 6 times now to sign in using your user name and password.

It keeps saying:  "Make sure your user name and password are valid & do not contain any spaces"

  They didn't.  It won't accept mine either though.

I tried Jonny.

Using jonny's didn't work for me either so I just signed in and created my own user name and password and then it let me go in to post.  It only takes a few seconds to do it that way.  Hope that helps guys.

Hooray, I got in and wished her well.  Hospitals are tough for adults that understand the process.  Gotta be terrible for a kid!!!

My godson will be 10 this fall... I can imagine very well what it's like for Casey to be in hospital... :(

Just wanted to thank all you folks and give you an update on Casey.

Last night while all of you were sending your get well wishes, vibes and prayers the Doc moved her out of ICU and in to a regular room. After seven days in ICU with a tube in her she was very pleased to be out of there....LOL

They want to watch her for a few days because of the complications she had with the meds and cause shes so petite.

Thank you all very much...This is why I call us "Family"!!

Jonny, I added our greetings there but I think I screwed it up.   :-[  I hit reply to the last one there (it was Mechelle's at the time, I believe, on page 6) and it posted as a sub-thread to her post, called "Hi Casey".    Helen did the same thing (thanks Helen, glad to know I'm not the only one who was confused!).  Hope you can find our posts and pass them on to Casey.
It's so hard when our grandkids face hurdles like this - and I think we're all real softies for the little ones.  As Carol told me this week, it's a real double-whammy because you're not only worried for your grandchild, but also for your own child.  Glad to hear Casey's feeling better!  Keep us posted on the progress.

ah crap...i went straight there from yer original post....only to find her gone. and you know why I was so eager to do this for you. Adam's hospital stay and all you and the CH com crew did are still fresh in my mind. He was just tellin me last week he wanted to kick yer butt. We had yer photo ironed on to Jonah's favorite spit up rag. You are evil...butt I don't hold that against yer family. Glad to hear she 's out...vibes to Casey from the "home that pain built"

Guess I should have kept reading before I clicked on the site and tried to post. :-[
I finished a message and clicked on post, or whatever it said to do, but couldn't find where it did post.
Upon returniing to this message and reading further I see the young lady has gone home.
Now, that is really good news!  I'm sure she can do without my message just fine, but I do wish her continued improvement and a happy summer vacation. :)
