Title: Need a Place to Live??
Post by don on May 17th, 2005, 4:08pm
Just came back from a "State of the Corporation" conferance.

My company still has few high end condos left.

Price tag?

We dont take checks or Pay Pal.

Lord, for that price they'd best be self-cleaning with a boy in every room.  Y'know, to pour the coffee, do the laundry and cook the meals!  Oh, yes, the boy must also do windows!

Grandma, don't you mean a MAN?  One that preferably wears a red velvet thong, has a nice tan and a very strong back?

ummm. Ya, I know sweetness.  What would an 8,000,000 mortgage be per month anyhow? hmmmm. If I sell everything I have, auction off my family, that would bring it down to about 7,999,999

Most people who purchase our 8 million dollar models pay in full. No mortgage.

Oh no Mel - I really meant a boy.  Men are beyond training - they're way too set in their ways and think we're here just to wait on them.   They've already figured out that if they do just one load of laundry wrong, they'll never be allowed near those machines again!   Get a boy - train him right!  Sit back and eat chocolates all day while the boy works! ;;D

I heard of silver dollars and paper dollars, but thems are them new fangled dollars my uncle got paid with for his bottomland but he'll be whittlin' them down some I reckon.   I'm gonna get to be a double-ought spy.   Granny'll be totin' the still along to yer beantown, so she'll be cool with it, long as there's hills there.

Talked it over with the family last night and there's only one question we have.

We'll need three, so can we negioate the price if we buy all three -- Offer of 7,000 each...

And we'll want to take possession immediately....

P.S. Is it near the bathhouse?

So that's what's been blocking the sun all day over my cave.

Do they need any rat fur doormats, guano to trade too.

Is the garbage dumpster over five feet tall, need to know what size rock to roll over there to stand on for easy access.

Grove Hall area? Sure but those units fill up real fast.

Just stop by and see the property manager.

I'm looking for a place with no more than $800 rent/month.  The #1 place on my list is in King of Prussia and costs over $900/month for a one bedroom, but it comes with gas, heat, and cooking included.

I'll come live in Boston if I can be a free-loader and someone offers me a private jet to get to work in Philly each day. ;)

Hmmm.. if you free-load and need my private jet... you wouldn't need to work in Philly!   ;)
