Donna H. posted a link (and no I dont know how to bring it over here) to a website Perscription Assistance Plan. It has forms to send to the different pharmacutical companies to apply for assistance with meds you take.

I suggest that anyone needing help go to the OUCH site and read this.

There's not that much to do. Fill out the app (different ones for different meds), take it to your doc to fill in his/her part, then fax or mail it to the company.

It's really a neat deal -- go check it out.
