Edit to add.......This is just another tax to pay the medical bills for illegal immigrants.....who pays your medical bills?......WHO?

I can't agree with the WSJ much more. This is probably unconstitutional anyway and great for the water cooler tomorrow.

Only in America do legislators consider punishments for using one's head. It would again be a tax break for Humvee purchases and a surtax for hybrids.

It sounds Owellian.

Heard about this on the radio.

I hope something is done to stop that. It just seems rediculous.

Save gas - help the environment. Help America reduce it's dependance on foriegn oil.......
