(8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup sugar 2 tablespoons milk 1 1/2 cups non-dairy whipped topping, thawed 1 1/4 cups cold milk 1 pkg. (4-serving) instant coconut creme pudding and pie filling 1/4 cup toasted coconut 3 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate mini morsels Non-stick cooking spray Place cookies in a food processor or blender; process until fine crumbs. Spray bottom of a 9-inch square pan with non-stick cooking spray. Combine cookie crumbs and margarine; press evenly in bottom of prepared pan. Using an electric mixer beat cream cheese with sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Blend in 3/4 cup whipped topping. Spread evenly over cookie layer. Pour 1 1/4 cups milk into a bowl. Add pudding mix and beat 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth. Pour over cream cheese layer. Chill several hours or overnight. I walked in last as I was holding the meeting and wanted to make sure everyone was there, but mostly because I didn’t want to get there first and either one of them pop up and I’d be alone with them… I think I played it really cool. I walked in and said my good mornings, smiled at them and went about my business. I needed to go by each of them and sign off some ISO auditing paperwork they each needed to submit. When I walked over to each of them, to sign off what they had, I had to ask questions and they couldn’t look at me. At one point in the meeting I couldn’t get the visual out of my mind and almost cracked up laughing. :-/ Anyway, I had to stay behind signing more stuff and they lingered. Just us in the room. They apologized profusely. The girl started to cry. What a mess. They were really worried that I would tell and get them fired. I just told them not to worry about it, I wouldn’t tell, but that they should’ve used better judgement. The girl said she would never be able to look at me in the face again…so I told her yes she will, we all make mistakes and I don’t judge anyone…and I gave her hug and quickly hurried out of there…very uncomfortable situation. :-[ Anyway, that’s over and done with…I believe that in everything unpleasant that happens in life you can learn a lesson…I’m clueless what the lesson could be here… Moving along, we need to seriously speak to Miklos…is he coming to the convention??? :D Nani Sweetie…i'm sorry about your situation at home. But you're right, it isn't healthy when the kids have to get involved. I know you've been putting it off, but I think it's time. Ultimately it will be the best for everyone.
