Sad. Very sad, but not unexpected. Unfortunately.

There are actually several fairly new threads over there, including an announcement that OUCH will be holding elections to fill vacancies until regular elections can be held in November. A mass e-mailing should be going out soon.

I would suggest that all OUCH members hop over there once every day or so to keep up with things as they happen. It would also be nice if OUCH members would let this be a turning point. Please, for the sake of all of us, put the past - ALL THE PAST - behind you and work together to lift this organization out of the mud and get it back on course. PLEASE!?!?!

Gator, Thank you for being the calm in a swirling sea.
I made mention a week or so about how each and every Pres of late had been bashed, tarred and feathered.whatever you wish to call it. I was called out for my remarks. I doubt that the problem lies fully in the laps of the leadership.........it's dissension in the ranks!!!!!!!!
Everyone is entitled to an opinion....but ya gotta give a guy a chance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am just so confused by all of it, I like and respect a majority of the people on both sides of this whole fracass, and I know all parties concerned DO want OUCH to suceed and go forward, I am just really out of sorts over the whole deal. I just want what's good for OUCH and all of us concerned. Nothing more, and damn sure nothing less.

I stay out of political stuff but this really struck me 'as a shame too'......I met Dan in Nashville and he is a wonderful guy and seemd like a good leader type. Take me to your leader Pam
