All this good stuff is happening in my life....closing on my house, starting our business after many years of just dreaming of it and planning it.

BUT I feel like shit! I had a great break from the CH (over a week PF, then weeks with just mild hits that were few and far between) Now I am shadowing hard and have had more hits that were harder and more often (say that all ten times fast!)

My body hurts to just move (quit the doc but its prolly lupus) but whatever it is I just HURT. It hurts just to move my arms. Actually hurts to NOT move too!

I WAS starting to sleep better. Not this past week!

I am just dreading what I know will happpen. Back to the fun chronicness I was at before. Back to another muscle flare up. Back to sleep deprivation.

I just want to enjoy the good that's happening! The house the business, the fact that I'm finally starting to make friends here, the kids have friends to play with now. I WAS starting to have a life!!!!!!!!

Ok phew thanks needed a good vent!

Its good to vent!
Concentrate on the good things hon, its the only way to get through.. and set little targets like planning today. Don't try and plan to far ahead.
On an up note the weather is getting warmer now and that has to help! It does me and my cranky old bones anyway!

Where the hell did your doc get lupus from. Unlike CH there a blood tests that can be done to point at a diagnosis of lupus. You need a consult with a good rheumatologist to discuss lupus or internal medicine.

Thanks everyone. I feel like an *ss for getting down at all when things are so good.

Ricky the lupus stuff is from tests. Had an MRI to rule out MS. Pretty much ruled that one out. Had blood work with a positive ANA test. I don't want to know for sure, atleast not right now. I have possibly had lupus since my teens when I was what my new doc thinks misdiagnosed with fibromyalgia. I've dealt with it this long. So I canceled my last appt. RIght now I want to try to continue to deal with the flare ups at home. As long as possible.

Tara, you have had a rough road..you have a right to do some whining! After all, it is NOT something you do much of, girl.
As for getting thru this-I just know you will! Lupus is NOT fun, but ignorance isnt bliss, either.
Keep enjoying the success you and Sam have created, and when things get tough,all ya have to do is roll with it.
You are one strong, smart young lady, and I send you my love and hugs.....

Sorry TA. Some things can really suck at the same time that other things are going really well. Just try not to get too stuck in the negative stuff. Make every happy moment really count. And when you need to get some of the unhappy out of your system....come here and do this again. :) Hugs and love, nani

I am trying hard not to let the negative affect the positive. It's work though. :)

Yeah Cathi I know ignorance isn't always bliss. But it's working for me right now. ;) BTW Cathi, it's been a long time since I've chatted with you, how have you been?

Tara, thank you for asking..I am just fine. And, just because I have been silent does not mean I havent been following........and saying silent prayers.....
I am doggone proud of you and Sam! A new life, a new home, a new business-that's a lot, Tara!!!!!!
