We finalized on our house today! Paperwork all signed, money forked over, and it's a done deal! It's been a long ordeal, property line "battles", and a long time coming. OMG I just can't freaking believe it. We own our own first house the same week we started our first business! Yup Sam is now co-owner of Kings Family Landscape. Just started putting out fliers and adds this past week and we already have 3 definate jobs and 3 estimates lined up for today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Phew what a day!!!!!!!!!! ;;D ;;D ;;D ;;D ;;D

P.S. Any suggestions on a good free webpage builder would be awesome. Something to help me get started.

That's great TA!! As Charlie says...get to know your local Home Depot. You're going to be there a lot. :)
I was married to a lanscape contractor once. He never had time to actually do anything to our yard. :-/

I haven't ever used it but I've heard that 1st Page 2000 is pretty decent. It's free too.

I prefer the old fashioned way. Open up Microsoft NotePad and start writing HTML code.

Very very cool Congrats. That is a huge thing. It has been 2 yrs for me and I still dont believe it sometimes that the house is really mine.

LOL We have already spent more money than I care to remember at Lowes! We were able to move right in even before the actual closing because we moved all the way here (WV) from NH. We've been in this house since August, but then there was a problem with the property lines, and the property next door. BLAH BLAH but that's all past!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And yeah my husband help to build up a few Landscape companies through the years. The last company did landscape construction and maintenance for multi million dollar homes. BUT never have I actually had a nice yard!?!??! LOL Someday I hope!

It's crazy I'm excited but overwhelmed! This is just awesome. Believe me this a long way from where we were this time last year (up to a couple years back!)
