Title: Insomniac Game Post by Lizzie2 on Apr 12th, 2005, 5:07am So who else is up playing the insomniac game? I've officially given up on getting any sleep tonight, and now I'm working on some of the things I have due for school within the next 6 weeks. Anyone else up, not able to get any shut-eye? Tryin not to feel so dang lonely at 5:15am! Lizzie :) |

Title: Re: Insomniac Game Post by Tiannia on Apr 12th, 2005, 2:20pm Sorry hun. I was up just not on the computer. Did not want to keep up the family so I went down stairs. Seem to be doing this more and more. Just cant seem to get my internal clock working right. About 2:30 every afternoon I get tired as hell. (not good cause I am usually driving around town at that point. :-/ |

Title: Re: Insomniac Game Post by maffumatt on Apr 12th, 2005, 8:13pm When 3:30 AM rolls around I give up on sleep. I take my morning shower and sit infront of rhe TV and watch Fox news untill 5 then its off to work. If I am lucky it'll be a slow day and I can shut my office door and doze for an hour or so. Then that night I try it all over again. Melatonin has started to work now, either that or my cycle is winding down. It should be over soon. Hopefully yours will be too. |

Title: Re: Insomniac Game Post by cootie on Apr 12th, 2005, 8:24pm Insomnia sure does suck......strange feeling when ya llok at the clock and it is 3:00 am and yer not even tired exactly......Brad gets mad at me for stayin up so late......he's onea them kind that is passed out soon as his head hits the pillow !! He argues with me that if I would go to bed at a decent hour I'd not have this problem ?? OK so he has hypersomnia and I have insomnia..........opposites atrack Pam I am usually tired by 5:30 am to 6:30 am.....I sleep BEST from around 7 to 9:30 am. But of course I always get blamed for sleeping all day long and teased when campin out. Wrong answer ! |
