I have been on the Kudzu 3 weeks and it IS helping. I have only used trex 1/3 shots twice in the past 3 days. I can still feel the HA. I know that I am having one but it is the shaodw that does not split my head. Even if it stops working in a month at least I have had some releaf. Still get that anxiety when I go to bed. Think it might take a bit to get use to not waking up in pain. I;ve been doing it for too long now, but I am working on it. ;)

Question. I went to get some more and they where out of the Natures way and only had the Planetary Formula blend. It is a different MG. Was wondering what dos to take. I am taking 2 635mg tabs 3 times a day. These are 750 mg. What do you all suggest?

Already ordered more of the natures way but they wont have it till Monday. So I start these tonight. Gonna take 2 before bed and go from there.

I'm glad it's helping you, Tia!! I take 4 Planetary Formulas a day. I could take 6, according to the bottle. Why not stick with the same number of tabs a day and see if the relief stays the same. My understanding is that the 750 mgs is a total for all the herbs in the tablet, not just the kudzu. Keep us posted, OK? hugs, nani
