Thanks guys.

'm not used to getting hit like that when I'm awake. I usually get hard hits when I'm sound asleep and just shadows during the day.

I thought I felt something coming on and tried to ignore it. We had a few people over for the wife's birthday and we opened up a bottle of wine.

I drank a glass and got broadsided big time. 45 minutes later, I was OK.

I guess it's time to put away the booze for a while. :(

I consider myself one of the more fortunate people here since I only go through this a couple times a year for a month or so at a time.

It's very humbling to get well wishes and kind words and advice from people who I know are suffering a lot more and a lot worse than I am.

I hope you get through this cycle soon, I guess that is about all we can hope for or something that works to ease the pain.
