Title: To all the Web Gurus Here Post by Kris_in_SJ on Mar 31st, 2005, 8:51pm After 3 years of independent graphic design and copy writing work, I FINALLY have my own website and portfolio built. I'm looking for a host that won't cost too much. Primarily interested in a place I can send potential clients to view my work. Would like suggestions, please. Thanks All, Kris |

Title: Re: To all the Web Gurus Here Post by Mr. Happy on Mar 31st, 2005, 10:23pm AMHosting.com does me fine and dandy. Cheap enough, and somebody even answers the fone when you call. Support can be everything, if everything depends on your site. 24/7/365 R Us. RJ Ammend - The Widder H keeps her stuff on Word.net. We Used them years ago, and kept hers there. It's cheap enough, but when things go awry, it can be Days before minimal services are restored.......and usually at the worst possible time. Really sucks when you need to use part of your site for a presentation or something.....and it's down. Cheap ain't everything. |
