Title: Renee update - Wednesday Post by nani on Mar 21st, 2005, 3:23pm I heard from Renee. She got her staples out and has been given a hard collar for daytime. She will be leaving the hospital as soon as she finishes some digestive business. She is still sore, but feeling less pain overall. :) No riding in vehicles for three weeks, when she sees her dr again. Way to go, Renee!!! |

Can't ride in the vehicle. They're just planning to strap her to the hood. Not a problem. |

Title: Re: Renee update - Monday Post by Renee on Mar 23rd, 2005, 6:40am I had some of those Golden Oreos just last night! ;) I can already nap for more than 1.5 hours and wake with both arms still alive and with feeling. Today I get to start walking. Today is 10 minutes total. In a month the goal is 1 mile. Somehow I think these goals are going to be easy to reach and it is going to be the sitting around for 4-6 weeks that is the hardest for me. I need to be cleaning the boat, mowing the pasture, bathing the horses, mending fences....anything outside the confines of these walls......... :-/ Y'all have a good day and look up once for me! ;) |
