have'nt been on board in a couple of month's. just want you all to know i've had 90 days p/f and still counting. will always be a member here though! hope you all have p/f days!

don' know if it's natural or the combination of verapamil and melatonin! Went 10 years straight (chronic), then 3 years remission, a 6month bout and now this. Won't consider remission until Spring and Summer come and go!
