Last week on Wed and Thur. when I had my bad episodes it was while at work and my brain wasn't in the game like it should have been and I made a few mistakes. I have to go in and explain myself but feel like an idiot blaming this Damn CH even though its the truth. :-[ No harm came to anyone but I may get written up for them. What to tell them?

Has anyone experienced this? [smiley=huh.gif]

My boss knows that when I am in deep cycle, mistakes can be made. Just level with them. And try to not let it happen again. ;)

Go to the OUCH website. Click the ouch button and select the Colleagues Letter. Print it and take it with you. Can't hurt. Might help.

This has happened to me, don't let the focus be on the CH part, but on what measures you will implement to insure that it will not happen again or at least minimize the mistakes. Bring the information about CH do educated but don't focus on it. You do not want them to think that you will not be able to do the job they hired you to do! Just my 2 cent, and don’t know how long you have been there or how big the company is but the bottom line is they are paying you to do a job and they need that job done. Weather you do it or they have to hire someone else.

Well I made a big thing out of nothing. I did give the letter to some of the staff to help them understand. I didn't give it to the higher ups before yesterday. I guess I didn't want to look incompitant. Thanks for the Advise.

I just hate how my mind gets. If they get like that again I am seriously looking at staying home to avoid screwing up.

I don't think it's possible to get anyone to completely understand unless they actually get CH.

Well, honey...just take an aspirin and lie down. I get bad headaches, too. ;;D

I get migraines once in awhile also.

Or

I had someone in the family with HA all the time and she saw the dentist had her jaw realigned and HA are gone..

My favorite response when I try to explain (and really giving the detailed explanation) from others is:

"So, it's like a really bad headache then?"

"Well, kind of..... but, when I say that my only option is to cry, moan, and rock back and forth all alone in a small dark closet and sometimes even scream out in pain asking god to just give me a freakin brain aneurysm to maybe end it, it's not because I have a gift for drama. It's because it really freakin hurts that bad."
