She works with Bantam and Viking Press.
She is pursuing me!
This has been brewing for weeks!

Apparently, something in my book has got someones attention. This is a GREAT FUCKING THING!

I'm jealous. Course, I haven't gotten around to writing that great novel except in my head, and the publisher's don't want that type of fiction ;;D

I am assuming that your lawyer will know if this is on the up and up - have you checked out some of the pages on literary agent scams?

Be wary of paying 'reading fees' or any other fees upfront - a legit agent collects their 10-15% when you get paid by the publisher.
