I got the kudzu. I took two just now and will take two more before bed. Questions. Do I take this on an empty stomache. Can I take it with other supplements I take ie calcium, cla, b12, homeopathic shit for migraines and of course the big guns, migraine meds. I have been having a lot of trouble with migraines lately. CH is dormant for now. This is not my usual season but coming up soon dread dread [smiley=huh.gif]

Hi Ricky. I just started taking Kudzu today as well. May I recommend a visit to another web site that was put together by some awesome people from here? It is:

There is some additional info on Kudzu there. Since there are a variety of different ways to buy it and different manufacturers for pill or powder form I would check out some of the other posts and more experienced people who have use kudzu for a while for any advice. Wishing you PFD's. Joe
