there was a show on the discovery science with Dr
Goasby speaking of CH. this is the first time i ever
seen cluster headaches ever spoke about on tv.
i only saw the last 10 min of it. but it comes on
again at 12.00 am central in 2 hrs on the discovery
science channel. the show is called headache/truth.
i dont know how helpful it will be for anyone to see
it. but i just thought i would pass the info on.
i will be watching. PF WISHES
my channel is 204 for discovery science.

sorry i didnt spell it right, but i went to sleep and i
just was awakend 1 hr after going to sleep same
that always happens. turned to this channel as im
always looking for info like this. so i thought i would
pass it on, im just having shadows but they screw
with the brain. PF wishes

I recorded the show on my DVR. I got hit during the telecast, so I can't tell you a lot about it. If anyone is interested, I will try to type up a transcript of the show, or at least the part about cluster headaches.

I am not too smucken fart, so I don't know how to make a copy of something from the DVR. The transcript is the best I can do.

I am going to try to get some sleep right now, and will do the transcript tomorrow. Let me know if anyone wants it, or if I should post it here.

I saw this last night ... nice piece on headaches overall, it focuses on CH in the last 15 minutes of the show. Dr. Goadsby ... wow, what a thrill to see him speak on the subject and to see his facility where he does CH research. Great stuff!

I saw it on the Science channel, channel 193 on DISH, it's on again at 1 and 4 pm today [Monday 2-28-05] CST

Dam it.....was all set to watch it last nite bout 1:30 am and found the station (SCI) and it is a PAY station on my satillite. I have a good package with alot of stuff added I pay for and bill to prove it.....but they put that channel on a different package I don't have and would have to ADD for additional cost. Rats foiled again Pam

HI All

I havn't seen the TV programme here in Aust but then again I live a long way from any capitol city.

Below is a link to Australia's Radio National health report programme where Dr Peter Goadsby an Australian was interviewed on the talk back health show.
This was passed on to me by another CH sufferer in Aust.
It makes very interesting reading indeed.

Wow I was able to view the show from the video file....kewl.....I was actually able to get it on this new computer. Simple pleasures.....fineally sumthin works around here. Knock on wood Pam
