My favorite comic strip was Calvin and Hobbes......even though it's been years since it last appeared in the newspaper, I still draw laughs and wisdom from it.

This is the one Sunday strip that has held true for me ever since I first saw it in 1995.

The two I miss the most are Calvin and Hobbes and The Far Side.

The Far Side was great humor.

Loved the far side also,
In Scotland we had a comic strip called "The Broons" This was just so funny [smiley=laugh.gif] anyone heard of it?

Some of those Calvin & Hobbes Cartoons held more wisdom than one would think....loved that strip. Whatever happened to Bloom County?

Berkley Breathed has a new strip called Opus. Most of the same charachters...Steve Dallas has a son now. It runs on Sundays. Bloom County, Farside and Calvin and Hobbes are my top 3 comic strips.
